This is a nutrition log for your personal custom nutritional intake. The main purpose of this app is to make logging meals a quick and easy process.
Hi everyone, this is an app I created when I began the journey to losing weight and being healthier by controlling my calorie intake.
As I attempted to log my calories for every one of my meals and snacks. I came to one main realization when doing this:
Its very time consuming.
because of this fact, it became harder over time to continue logging my meals.
I created this app to minimize the time and effort spent logging my meals so that I could get to actually eating my meals.
There are three basic steps to this app:
1. Add nutritional item
2. Build meals from nutritional items
3. Select and edit pre-built meals and save.
This log uses a system of "Weekly Calorie Banking" over a seven day period which means that any overused or unused calories are then carried over and distributed into the remaining days in the week. I did this because there are days that I felt hungrier so I consumed more and days that I didnt feel as hungry so I didnt consume as much. This provided me a way to lessen the burden of having to stay within a regimented calorie limit.
I didnt want to have to give my email to anyone or log into anything so there is none of that in this app. All your information is stored on your phone.
I have been using this app myself for about a year and I have been steadily losing weight and getting ever closer to my goal. I decided to share this app so that I could help others.
Throughout this I have kept in constant contact with my doctor to make sure that I was losing weight in a safe and healthy way and I advise anyone who decides to make any major lifestyle change to do so as well.

Current features:
Logging single and combined meal items: Create a meal by combining several ingredients and save it so that you can add it in one click to your log.
Weekly calories: This is a seven day weekly log, if you are over or under at the end of the day your weekly calories will adjust so that you are able to stay within your total weekly values. At the end of the week, your calories start over.(Everyone has an off day, this does not mean all is lost)
Add images of your meals (In case you want to show others your creations, calories and all).
You don’t have to log in, give your email to anyone or join anything to be able to use this app. This is a personal app.
Planned features:
iCloud integration for the saved meals, output data to .csv file so you are able to compile a report.
